It's true that Drupal is a global success. According to the folks at Drupical, the Drupal community has held more than 1,700 user group meetings, 314 trainings, and 151 sprints in the last year. And, these events have been held everywhere from the United States to Jordan and Germany to Ecador. These events are a whole lot of fun, but they are also essential to the growth and adoption of Drupal around the world.

Here at the Drupal Association, that's a part of our mission: supporting the Drupal Software Project, the community, and its growth. In addition to the DrupalCons that the Association produces, we have a variety of programs that are designed to help you build the community you want to see. Community Cultivation Grants, Camp fiscal sponsorship, and scholarships are just a few of the things we do.

If you're curious about how we can help you bootstrap a new camp, launch a new training, or if you have ideas about what the Drupal Association can do next, please join us for our first FREE Community Webinar Tuesday August 6, 2013 from 8:00 - 9:00 am PDT, 11:00-12:00 pm EDT, 4:00 - 5:00 pm GMT.
