As we announced back in the beginning of November, the Drupal Association is looking for a CTO to work with the community to increase the velocity with which we can make changes on Drupal.org. Since the announcement, the search committee (including myself, board members, and advisory board members), has spoken to some really great candidates, and those conversations are continuing. However, we want to make sure that we find all the great candidates we should be talking with.

To that end, we're offering a recruiting reward - $1,000 to the person who first recommends the CTO candidate we end up hiring.
