AwesomeAre you thinking about starting a Drupal Camp in your area? Or do you want to improve a Camp you help organize?

Take a look at Drupical any time and you will quickly realize that on any given day, there is likely a Drupal Camp happening somewhere around the world. For each of those events, venues need to be booked, speakers need to be selected and secured, content needs to be developed, registration sites must be developed and deployed, marketing and promotion has to happen and the list goes on. Putting on a successful Drupal Camp is a lot of work.

If you are considering starting up a Camp in your area, or improving one that you help to organize, there is a lot to think about. The good news is you don’t have to start from scratch. With all of those Camps happening around the world, people are learning best practices and are more than willing to share them. This Wednesday, Camp leader extraordinaire Mike Anello (ultimike) will lead an online discussion with other camp leaders about some of those best practices, and resources that are available for you.

You can find more information here. We hope you find the discussion valuable.
